The room was cozy with a comfy bed and a relaxing seating area. I enjoyed the free WiFi for staying connected and the laptop-compatible safe for secure storage, making me feel at ease during my stay.

I found the desk chair a bit uncomfortable for long periods.

The spacious accommodations with premium bedding and ergonomic work area were a delight. It felt like sleeping on a cloud and working at a designer's desk. I embraced the contemporary twist of Finn & Porter restaurant, where sea and land are fused into culinary marvels.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or issues. the location was convenient, with easy access to major highways and airports. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service that was useful for getting around the area. On top of that, the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

There were several problems with the room during my stay. the door handle was faulty and difficult to open, making it frustrating to enter and leave the room.

Thank you everyone for a really good stay for a quick business trip. We only slept at the king room with the great views, but we loved it. The food was good - plenty of options. The accommodation had a central location close to Convention Center.

I always return here for its helpful staff and ideal amenities. On my first stay, they assisted with printing a boarding pass. With free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness studio, it’s the perfect fit. I’ll be back for Christmas.

It is divine small venue, it offers great pool and the location is stunning close to the pond. Perfect personnel is especially at the reception desk.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the room was very clean. The pool was still open for late September and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The continental breakfast was also very nice.

The hotel is small and fairly clean, the staff are courteous, location is prime close enough to the church. The rooms are exceptional and cozy, with comfortable beds.

We had a minor issue with our room, but the hotel staff quickly resolved it for us at 10:00 PM, which was very impressive. The location of the hotel was excellent for our travel to Washington, D.C. Additionally, the room itself was excellent, providing us with a comfortable stay.

The front desk staff could have been more accommodating in a particular situation, where one of our guests arrived earlier than the person who booked the reservation. Despite providing the correct reservation number and the main contact calling the front desk, the guest was not allowed to check in.

Everything was fantastic.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in The Retreat area with a great view of the fountain. We were near everything we wanted to see and even enjoyed a coffee shop down the road. The staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. The shuttle service was convenient, and being a club member added great value. We loved the beautiful view from our room right in front of the fountain.

One minor inconvenience was the dim lighting in the bathroom, making it difficult to put on makeup.

Here is an ideal stay where everything is within reach. I like the location of this place as it is close to convenience stores and public transportation, which makes it easy for me to run to the store or get anywhere I need to be. The service provided at this hotel is top-notch, especially from the staff at the reception desk and Finn and Porter. The amenities are fantastic, and my room was equipped with everything I needed, including an in-room safe, television, and mini-bar. The leisure facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, were beautiful, and the staff made sure everything was clean and well-maintained.

I chose this hotel for a business trip and found the state-of-the-art business center to be very convenient for my needs. The facilities were well-maintained, and I was able to efficiently complete my work tasks during my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a scanner in the business center, which I found would have been beneficial for my document handling during the trip.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Alexandria. All good — I loved my stay — food was fine and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Brand-new rooms and central heating, a writing table and ironing facilities included. The highly efficient staff offered friendly services:)))
